Rental Charges
Rental charges are detailed on the above table in UK
pounds per week. We accept payment by bank transfer
and cheque. Discounts for the villa outside of the months
above will be given, please contact us for details.
Availability
Please contact us regarding availability. If we unable
to offer accommodation on the dates you require, we
may be able to recommend a suitable alternative.
Notes:
Reduced rates are possible for short notice bookings and small parties outside the peak period
*Changeover Days
The house can be rented from Saturday to Saturday. Departure
on Saturday no later than 11:00am, check in no earlier
than 2:00pm.
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack is provided.
How To Book
Please complete and print out the booking form with your
signature and send along with the booking fee. if paying
by cheque, please make payable to Maggie Proom. Details
of where to send the cheque will be provided on booking.
Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost
will be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank
transfers or cheques are accepted. Contact the owners
for bank details.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation
of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever
is most convenient to you).
Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full
8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by
bank transfer or 10 weeks prior to arrival if you are
paying by cheque. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior
to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time
of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds
are not received.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £200 is required against
damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the
balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned
within 20 days of the end of your rental period following
inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any
damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to
cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of
10% of the cost.
Please note: This privately-owned villa contains the owners’
own chosen furniture and possessions that are used when
the villa is not available for rent.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to
cover such unforeseen circumstances and also to cover
your own personal possessions. The owners will not accept
liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions
under any circumstances.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made in writing by the signatory
of the Booking Form. If you cancel your holiday you will
be liable to pay charges as set out below:
